PLEASE NOTE, WE PROVIDE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICES TO THE UK, AND EU COUNTRIES. 

FOR COUNTRIES IN OTHER POSTAL ZONES PLEASE EMAIL admin@spectrumofmisconception.com AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER.

Delivery

Our orders are carefully picked, packed and posted by a member of our team. Due to the nature of our enterprise this may take a little longer than is usual for a mail delivery business. Please know that our team will be doing their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We aim to get your order to you within 14 days. Please allow longer if you are outside the UK.  If your order is urgent please contact us at admin@spectrumofmisconception.com and we will do our best to despatch it quickly.

Shipping to the UK

We post first class delivery and have a flat rate per order of £4.00 per order. Please give an extra day or two for deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands.

Delivery by hand

This is at our discretion.

Delivery to the European Union (EU)

Royal Mail – EU (up to 1kg): £7.80

Royal Mail – EU (1.1 – 2kg): £12.10

Delivery to the rest of the world

Royal Mail - (up to 0.5 kg): £20.00

Royal Mail - (up to 1 kg): £27.00

Royal Mail - (up to 2 kg): £34.00

Damaged Goods

We care about our customers and dispatch your orders in suitable packaging to avoid damage. However, sometimes things do go wrong and if your order is not received in perfect condition, please retain the packaging and do contact us to let us know immediately. A picture of the damaged order is always helpful!

Cancelling orders

If you place an order and then change your mind, you can cancel the order if it has not already been processed. 

Refund Policy

If your order is not processed in the timeframe stated above, we will do our best to rectify this mistake. However, if you would like a refund, this will be processed within 1 -2 days.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Unfortunately shipments do get delayed or misplaced from time to time although this is rare. Please contact us to inform us if your package has not arrived within two weeks of ordering. If you are in the EU please allow three weeks.
